By using The Court Report you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
2. Agreement to Terms
This agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use The Court Report application.
3. Use of the Service
The Court Report helps you track and view your basketball statistics (games, seasons, shot charts, and related data). You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use. We store your data on secure servers and locally on your device to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
4. Subscriptions and Free Access
The Court Report may offer free and paid features (including subscriptions such as The Court Report Pro). Free or promotional access may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. Paid subscriptions are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and to the applicable app store policies.
5. Disclaimer
It is not warranted that The Court Report will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this agreement (including without limitation loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, or business interruption), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under applicable law, are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Court Report shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the service, where applicable, or to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Your Content
You are responsible for the data and content you add to The Court Report. We are not responsible for how you use or share your own stats or content outside the app.
8. General
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and The Court Report as a result of your use of the service. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of The Court Report.
